Meet Katie Lane - Interior Designer in Basel
I’ve lived in the Basel area, Switzerland for the past 15 years. I have a husband, 2 children, and a pups. I enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing/snowboarding, tennis and hiking. I have a strong passion for music and travel. While I’ve had a few other careers in the past, interior design has been a life-long passion of mine. After my complete home renovation project here in Switzerland, my love for creating was reconfirmed. I so enjoyed bringing a design vision to life that I wanted to do the same for others, and so began Katie Lane Interiors!
Whether you’re in need of personalised interior design guidance for a wall display, a room design or an entire home renovation, I’d love to be there to support you on your interior design journey. My Style
I believe good interior design is about feeling invited into an environment that is both functional and beautiful. Beyond making the best possible use of every nook and corner, a well-designed home should radiate personality, love and passion. It should represent who you are, or perhaps who you want to be, as well as delighting those who enter into it. As an interior designer, I’m energized by the process of transforming spaces for my clients. I feel personally connected to each project and treat every space as I would my own home.
